Current motivation

First of all, the current motivation level is for people arriving early to the working place, finish their project on time and sell more products.

Reasons

Many people complained  about the amount that they have to sell in order to get the percentage of money. That's why their work decreased compared to last year. Moreover, they also said that people arriving  early are because they  live clode to the company. 

Suggestions 

Some rules is needed to change in order to have people happier.Thus, they know that they have to work harder; Howevwe if we can change the entrance time for people living far away from the company we can get better when they are working. Besides, to have a plan where they can know how much money they are going to make it's going to be great.

REPORT (PRACTICE 2)

In this graph line, I will explain you the change in the value of the euro against the dollar from January to October.

At the beginning of the year, the euro value was undulated until at the end of February even though the price hit a low at 1.20 in May finally Euro profit in September peaked at around 1.65.  

W9 ACTIVITIES REFLECTION

1.-it was awful to me.Therefore, it's complicated to understand the topic because of the audio.
2.-many topics that the teacher though on blackboard collaborate, i had to investigate in order to learn how it works
3.-however, it forced me to investigate, that's why I clarify my doubts
4.-on the other hand I spend more time with my little daughter which it was great because I took the class and she was sit next to me.
5.-I enjoyed the time which I didn't have to go to school.

MY FIRST PARTIAL REFLECTION

I got a low grade because I didn't study  what I supposed to . I realized that if I want to pass, I need to study for the quiz.

On the other hand, I feel I did well in the listening ection base on that in the exam,  I got almost all correct.

Finally, I should change the way that I study in ordere to get better scores; Therfore, I need to have a schedule to stufy based on blackboard is activities. For example, it one day the ativitiesis writting I have to do it and I need to go. What I mean is to do three to five extra exercises.

LISTENING & WRITING ACTIVITY

1.-I learned many words when I see the video
2.-Because the guy talking on the video, speak slowly and clearly, that's why I could get more details.
3.-I could differentiate when I should use words when the line graph has a pick, something in the middle; Moreover, I got a good grade in speaking exam.
4.-I was able to separate verb + adverb, prepositions and adj+ verb; Thus, I see a line graph as the easy one to describe.
5.-what I need is to remember to say what I 'm talking about because in the speaking exam I forgot to do it.

BULATS QUIZZES 1&2

1.-I have to study more in order to get better; Therefore, I need to do exercises every day.
2.-In listening, I got stuck because I was unable to listen to some conversation clearly.
3.-I need to study more collocations until I get better  when I do exercises
4.-I need to practice more my speaking; however, I have not too much time.
5.-In order to get better from my final exam, I need to study, sections that I have the low score.

Email FUTURE PLANS (correction)

My course expectation at the end of the semester are both to pass the course and to get a high score. What I want is to pass BULATS. Since I’ve already presented the exam I got B2 in Speaking I just need to try in Writing and listening.

This is going to be possible if I do lots of exercises if I read books and listen to conversations in class and on the web. So, I must focus on learning because it is going to be the way to achieve my goals.
